The Reclaim Your Power Retreat, created by my dear friend Lizzie Keu and I in Ubud Bali, was beyond anything I could have imagined.

From the women who felt called to step away from their lives and travel from all over the world to join us in Ubud, Bali… to the tears, the deep healing, and the transformation that unfolded in real time, it was truly powerful to witness.

The level of vulnerability, openness and courage each woman brought into the space was something I will never forget.

For as long as I can remember, I’ve been told that I have the ability to create safe environments for others, spaces where people feel seen, held and supported. For a long time, I didn’t fully understand why that came so naturally to me.

But through this retreat, something became very clear.

This is where I am meant to be.

Creating spaces for people to reconnect with themselves… to heal their lineage, their wounds, and to begin living a life that is no longer shaped by conditioning or expectation, but by truth.
